Guests should be satisfied that their chosen insurance cover fully meets their personal requirements especially in respect to unforeseen weather, personal injury or illness. A reasonable level of health and fitness is required. Whilst every care is taken for the safety of the guest we do not take responsibility for any delays, injuries or loss or damage to personal effects or property of the guests.

ZANZA TOURS Pty Ltd (Dingo travel) BMT-T reserve the right to cancel or change any tour in the event of unforeseen weather, road, safety and traffic conditions. Full refund or alternative tours offered.

ZANZA TOURS Pty Ltd (Dingo travel) BMT-T reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the tour for inappropriate behaviour.

All tours will be in English language.

Other languages will be provided only on private tours.

You have the right to pay cash or credit card. Your details are the guarantee of your participation on tour. We accept Visa and MasterCard & Amex card 2% surcharge, surcharge will be charged on all credit cards. All prices are shown in AU$, including GST and may be subject to change.

Cancellation within 72 hours or more you will get full refund. Within 72 – 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the tour. Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation within 5 days or more you will get full refund. Within 5 days to 72 hours prior to departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation within 15 days or more you will get full refund

Within 15 days to 7 days prior to departure will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days prior to departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee
